Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours for urgent assignments or within 24 hours for standard assignments, provided that no significant work has been initiated. A full refund is available only under these conditions.

If cancellation is requested after the initial period but within 24 hours, a 50% service fee will apply. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.

Revision and Refund Policy

Clients may request revisions within 15 days of receiving the final document. Revisions are only valid if they align with the original order instructions. Additional changes beyond the scope may incur extra charges.

Refunds are processed only if we are unable to fulfill your order or if there is a proven service failure. Each refund request is reviewed individually in accordance with our refund policy.
