Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the amount is credited to the user’s wallet within 7 business days from the date of approval. The wallet balance can be used for any future services.
This timeline reflects our goal to maintain efficient and reliable support for refund-related issues.
Unavailability of Expert
Although rare, if an expert is not available after order confirmation, the user can request another assignment of equal value or receive a full refund in the form of wallet credit.
As a goodwill gesture, we will also add a bonus of AUD 25 to your wallet in such cases.
Missed Deadline
If an assignment is not delivered by the agreed deadline due to internal delays, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on a full investigation.
No refund will be processed if the delay was caused by the client's lack of timely communication or incomplete information.
Fail Grade Received
If you receive a failing grade, you can raise a refund request within 60 days along with your grade sheet and feedback from your professor.
If it's verified that the expert's performance caused the grade, a refund between 50% to 100% will be issued as wallet credit.
Important Notes
All refunds are provided as wallet credits only. These can be used for future orders and are not eligible for direct cash withdrawals except for duplicate payments.
Assignment help is a subjective process, and student effort also plays a critical role in the final grade received.
