Official Revision Policy for My Assignment Mentor

Overview

We provide free revisions to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with the work delivered. If revisions are requested before the assignment deadline, they are processed promptly and without additional charges.

We encourage students to track progress and request drafts to avoid last-minute revisions. Revisions requested after delivery are subject to our terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Window

Revision requests can be made up to 15 days after the delivery date of your assignment. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for free revision.

Each assignment is entitled to a maximum of three free revisions. All revision requests should be consolidated and shared together to ensure efficient handling.

Scope of Revisions

Free revisions are only applicable when the original requirements were not met. Any additions to the original scope—like new topics, subjects, tools, or learning objectives—will require a fresh quote.

If your revised request significantly differs from the original brief, it will be treated as a new task and additional charges will apply accordingly.

Procedure and Communication

All revision requests must be submitted via the Student Portal. Requests sent via email, WhatsApp, or social media will not be considered valid.

Portal-based submissions ensure your request reaches the assigned expert directly and allows prompt and traceable communication.

Revision Instructions

You must provide specific, detailed, and actionable revision comments—preferably with feedback from your professor. Generic phrases like "it’s not good" are not considered valid.

Each revision cycle will only accept one set of instructions. Any new information shared afterward will be treated as a new cycle and count toward your limit.

Student Availability

Active communication is critical during the revision process. Delays in student response may result in missed submission deadlines, for which we cannot be held responsible.

If your revision is urgent, ensure you are available to promptly respond to expert queries to facilitate timely delivery.

Exclusions and Special Cases

Free revisions are not applicable for assignments involving technical subjects such as Engineering, Programming, Data Analysis, or Software-based tasks like MATLAB, Python, MYOB, etc.

Assignments above 4000 words (e.g., dissertations, theses) also fall outside the scope of our free revision policy and may incur additional costs.

Policy Amendments

My Assignment Mentor reserves the right to amend the revision policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on this page.
